There appear to be no provision for tables, only bulleted/numbered lists.
And it will always strip out duplicate spaces too, so you can't fudge it by packing multiple spaces in to create columns.
See "phbb manual", the complete guide to bulletin board coding.
And as it uses a proportional font you can't pad out columns with full stops either, eg
column 1........column 2..........column 3
123................456..................789
Arthur............David...............Archibald
Tetuan............Fez..................Tangier
iiiiiiiiiiii............8888888888......2222
Well, you sort of can but it gets distorted if you have lots of narrow/fat letters. But it may be better than nothing...
The above demo is all beautifully lined up in the source code I entered. Click "edit" to see for yourself.

David
Do you mean that the figures shown in your table are the amount in E.Af. shillings for the MEF overprints? Is there no breakdown by face value - that'd be fascinating?

Thank you, John. Full stops looks to be the way.
Unless I could cut and paste from Word or Excel???
Yes, the numbers are the total sales per month (and half year) for the MEF overprints in Eritrea in the local currency which was Br East African shillings. No further info to hand, sorry.
